Kolade joined Ashton Ross Law in 2019. He is a qualified lawyer with over 5 years of experience in the immigration sector.Kolade is well-versed in all aspects of UK immigration law and has particular expertise in entry clearance applications (ranging from spouse applications to business immigration), settlement applications, asylum claims, and leave to remain applications.To date, Kolade has handled over 300 paper-based applications and has also represented clients before the First-tier Immigration and Asylum Tribunal. He has successfully secured immigration statuses for many clients, ranging from EEA nationals to individuals from South Asia, South America, and Africa.Kolade also handles complex judicial review work and is highly skilled in matters related to the High Court.Recent highlights of Kolade's work include:The successful revocation of a deportation order for an EEA national, allowing the client to return to the UK and reunite with their family and friends.Challenging the Home Office in a human rights appeal that led to the withdrawal of their refusal decision and the subsequent granting of status.Pivotal work in a complex "Windrush" case.Successfully obtaining asylum status for Somali and Pakistani refugee families.In the past, Kolade completed an internship at an international media and entertainment law firm. Before joining Ashton Ross Law, he worked at several prestigious law firms.
