Tomislav has specialized in matters dealing with distressed portfolios, restructuring and insolvency, as has been a part of the team of advisers in some of the most prominent NPL and insolvency related transactions in Serbia in recent time. Tomislav is also a valuable team member in complex M&A transactions, in addition to which he provides day to day advisory services to a wide array of clients requiring legal assistance in general corporate matters and represents our clients in commercial disputes.He holds an L.L.B. from the Law Faculty, University of Kragujevac and an LL.M. from the Faculty of Economics, University of Bologna and the Institute of Law and Economics, University of Hamburg. He is a member of the Kragujevac Bar Association.
