Buket Erdogan joined the firm in 2017 and is now a Solicitor practising in the Corporate Immigration and Civil Litigation departments at Ashton Ross Law.With a wealth of experience in handling immigration and nationality matters, Buket has an extremely diverse range of clients. Her corporate immigration practise has thus far relatedto undertaking instructions in various categories including work, investment, and entrepreneurship across all Tiers of the Point Based Systems. She is passionate aboutsupporting Global Talent Visa candidates and frequently assists UK companies to obtain Sponsor Licence Applications. Buket also aids companies in their expansion within the UKthrough the UK Expansion Worker Visa and Innovator Founder Visa for Start-Ups.In addition to her corporate immigration practice, Buket also possesses in-depth knowledge of Human Rights Law and EU Law Regulations and has successfully represented clientsin complex appeals and judicial review matters.  Buket also works with the Managing Partner of the firm by engaging in both Civil and Commercial Litigation matters and contributes tothe overall business development of the firm.Buket holds an undergraduate degree in BSc Economics and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Commercial Law.In addition to her legal practice, Buket serves as a UN Women UK delegate to the Commission on the Status of Women CSW68 (2024) and is a Member of the Turkish British Chamber ofCommerce and Industry (TBCCI).Fluent in Turkish, she brings a diverse skill set and expertise to her legal practice.
