After gaining experience as an in-house legal counsel in Paris, Jacques RAYMOND joined Jean-Michel CARLIER in 1985, who had founded the legal and tax advisory firm in January 1978.He became a partner with him in 1988 after obtaining the title of legal advisor.He holds a Diploma of Legal Counsel to Businesses (DJCE) and a DESS in business law and taxation, which he obtained at the University of Montpellier in 1984.He also completed a program in real estate law, earning a DESS in construction and urban planning law and a diploma from the Institute of Construction and Housing, awarded by the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts in 1983.Following the merger of the legal and judicial professions on December 31, 1991, Jacques RAYMOND became a lawyer.The core of his practice is corporate law and tax law.He also works in the fields of property law and condominium law, and he can be appointed by the President of the Montpellier High Court to oversee temporary management of civil companies, joint estates, associations, and ad hoc mandates.Specialization:He specializes in advising pharmacists in the restructuring or incorporation of their businesses, as well as in the sale or purchase of pharmacies.
