aître Clémence BOUTROY holds a Master’s degree in Justice, Litigation, and Procedures, and obtained the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA) from the School of Training for Lawyers Centre-Sud in October 2020.After taking the oath before the Court of Appeal of Nîmes in December 2020, she practiced for two years in Nîmes at a general law firm.Returning to Montpellier, she joined the law firm Les Avocats du Thélème in early 2023 as an associate lawyer in the litigation department, co-directed by Maître Virginie ARCELLA-LUST, Maître Olivier MINGASSON, and Maître Thibault GANDILLON.Maître BOUTROY mainly practices in civil litigation, real estate law, and family law.
