Master Lawyer Thibault GANDILLON

Thibault GANDILLON, a partner since 2000 at the SCP Les avocats du Thélème, practices litigation in labor law, family law, and business law. He co-leads the firm’s litigation department with his partners, Virginie ARCELLA-LUST and Olivier MINGASSON.Having joined SCP Les avocats du Thélème in 1997 as an associate, Thibault GANDILLON holds a Diploma in Labor Law and Labor Relations Practices (DPRT) and a university degree in Social Protection Law, both obtained in 1994 from the University of Montpellier.In 1995, Thibault GANDILLON obtained the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA) at the Montpellier Bar School and took the oath in the same year.He has also been a lecturer at the University of Montpellier in labor law.
